About Us
David Chisholm, DO, is a caring and compassionate obstetrician and gynecologist. He sees patients at Park Avenue Obstetrics and Gynecology and New Beginnings Feminine Beauty, located in Glendale, Arizona.
Dr. Chisholm was born and raised in Illinois and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1986. He attended Arizona State University and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology. Dr. Chisholm attended Midwestern University and graduated in 2001. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Illinois and University of Arizona. Dr. Chisholm is board certified with the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a membe of the Maricopa Medical Society and Arizona Medical Association.
He joined Park Avenue Obstetrics and Gynecology in 2007 and added his personal project, New Beginnings Feminine Beauty in the hopes of addressing, not only the essentials of a Total Women’s Care facility but also to contribute the potential benefits of adding state-of-the-art services to improve your Overall Health and Quality of Life.
